Geoffrey Dootson

Geoff qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has over 20 years experinece of Wills, Tax Planning, Trusts, Court of Protection and Probate work. Geoff is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).


Gordon Hatton

Gordon qualified in 1971 and is a partner in the Firm. Gordon has significant experience in private client work, including Wills and Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection and related matters. Gordon is a Member of the Personal Finance Society.


Mark Robinson

Mark is a partner who qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and in addition to his law degree has a Masters from the University of Leicester. Mark has a broad knowledge and wide experience of disputes and difficulties arising out of Wills and Estates.

Abby Jackson

Abby has 9 years of Probate, Wills & Trusts experience. She currently concentrates on Trust & Court of Protection work whilst offering general support in all areas of Wills & Probate.

Julia Alty

Julia has 15 years legal work experience having spent the past 7 years in a support role within the probate department dealing with all aspects of Wills, Probate, Court of Protection and Trust work.

Derek Alman

Derek is the business' Practice Manager with 16 years experience in the legal sector following an earlier career with HSBC Bank.
